By accessing or using the Website, you ("Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Website.
  • "AUD" means Australian Dollars, the primary currency used on the Website.
  • "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any eligible Bonus funds.

The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being suspended and any winnings or bonuses being voided. 3.5. KYC Verification

3.6. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 4. Account Management

4.1. Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to the support team promptly. Changes to sensitive details such as name or date of birth may require additional verification.

4.2. Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful KYC completion. Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

4.3. Operator Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

The Operator reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account if:

  • You have breached any part of these Terms;
  • We suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
  • You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information;
  • Your Account activity poses a risk to the integrity of our platform or other Players;
  • Required by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.

4.4. Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. The Operator may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to AUD 10 per month to dormant Accounts. You will be notified before any fee is applied. Once the Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Dormant Account Balances will never be confiscated without reasonable prior notice being given.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

The Operator reserves the right to amend the list of available payment methods at any time without prior notice. Credit cards are not accepted for gambling deposits in accordance with applicable regulations.

5.2. Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is AUD 10, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. The Operator does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is AUD 20. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and KYC completion. The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

  • E-wallets (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller): within 0–24 hours;
  • PayID: within 0–24 hours;
  • Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard): 2–5 business days;
  • Cryptocurrency: within 0–24 hours;
  • Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days.

Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where additional checks are required. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

5.4. Currency

All transactions on the Website are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Currency conversion fees may apply where your payment method operates in a different currency.

5.5. Anti-Money Laundering

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1. General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific promotional terms applicable to the individual offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2. Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following applies:

  • All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal;
  • The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms;
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stipulated in the promotion;
  • Only wagers placed with Bonus Funds contribute toward meeting wagering requirements, unless otherwise stated.

6.4. Bonus Validity Period

Unless stated otherwise, all Bonuses must be claimed within 30 days of being issued, and all wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the Bonus being credited to the Account. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not met within the applicable validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Account.

6.5. Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted wager per spin or bet round is AUD 5, unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

6.6. Maximum Bonus Winnings

Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated through Bonus Funds is AUD 500 or 5x the Bonus amount, whichever is lower. Any excess will be removed from the Account.

6.7. Bonus Abuse

The Operator employs detection mechanisms to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion, the use of low-variance betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any pattern of play that in the Operator's reasonable judgement constitutes exploitation of a promotion. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided and their Accounts restricted or closed.

6.8. Promotional Integrity

All bonuses and promotions are offered at the Operator's sole discretion. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players may only participate in each promotion once unless specifically stated otherwise.

7. Games & Fair Play

7.1. Random Number Generator (RNG)

All Games offered on the Website that rely on random outcomes are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. The Operator makes no guarantee as to the outcome of any game.

7.2. Return to Player (RTP)

7.3. System Malfunctions & Technical Errors

  • Restore the affected Account Balance to its pre-error state.

"Malfunction voids all pays and plays." The Operator shall not be liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from technical errors or system malfunctions. Players should cease play immediately if they suspect a technical issue and contact support.

7.4. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

  • Exploitation of software bugs or errors;

7.5. Game Availability

8. Tournaments & Lotteries

8.1. Tournament Participation

The Operator may from time to time offer tournaments, leaderboard competitions, and prize draws (collectively "Tournaments"). Each Tournament will have its own specific terms including entry requirements, prize structure, duration, and eligibility criteria, which will be published alongside the Tournament promotion.

8.2. Tournament Rules

8.3. Prizes

Tournament prizes, unless stated otherwise, are credited as Bonus Funds subject to applicable wagering requirements. Cash prizes, where offered, will be credited directly to the Player's Account Balance. The Operator's decision regarding the awarding of Tournament prizes is final and binding.

8.4. Prize Draws & Lotteries

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Ownership
